How do I log kms for your virtual runs?

Log them however you normally log your fitness activities - this could be via a logging app like Strava, via your sports watch, a mobile phone fitness app or your own records. Usually, our virtual runs operate on an honesty system and you do not have to submit evidence to us for your fitness activities. There may be virtual events where we require your kms and we will let you know explicitly which ones these are on their description on our online shop. However, if you do virtual challenges because you want to stay accountable and you want to send us your evidence you can do so via Facebook or email - enquiries@runnovation.com.au.
Do your virtual runs support charities?

Some of our virtual runs support particular charities. We will clearly state in the description for that virtual run which runs support a charity and what charity that is.
Do I get a medal for participating in your virtual runs?

Yes! Every athlete gets an amazing medal for their participation. The medal that is pictured on our online shop for each virtual run is the medal that you will receive. We post these out to you as soon as we can. Generally, if we are running a challenge in a particular month then we will post the medals out at the end of that month. If you have purchased a legacy virtual run that is now in a downloadable format, we will post the medal out to you when you place the order. Please make sure that your postal address details are present and correct when you place an order for a virtual run so we know where to post your medal to :)
Do I have to pay extra for postage for a virtual run?

No, the cost of postage is included in your virtual run entry.
Do you post medals or medal display products to New Zealand?

Yes, we currently send our products and provide our virtual runs to our friends in New Zealand and all over Australia.
Are Runnovation products made in Australia?

Yes, we are proud to say that all products are designed and manufactured in Western Australia.
Are Runnovation products customisable?

Yes, there are various colour and text options that can be customised to your Runnovation product. Please send us a message using the contact us section to discuss your request.
Are Runnovation products just for runners?

Not at all! We support all athletes and believe that Runnovation products can be used to proudly display achievements from various events or sports.
Are there wholesale options available?

Wholesale options are available either as an ongoing fitness retailer or a sporting club/association. Please send us a message using the contact us button to provide some details of your request and we will send you our wholesale information.
